SB-324-300 member of the Silver Blimp Line of airship envelopes.
This is a standard balloon with a good length to diameter ratio featuring a decent lift.
Two gore envelope produced from robust Aluminum/Nylon/Polyethylen multilayer material by heat welding. Filling tube in tail section, with closing clip included.
These envelope types are used in model airships like the silent_runner

But yes, it´s so strong you can sit on it. If carefully deflated and folded after usage, these envelopes can last for many years.
